Policies & Rules

✔ Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: 1 PM
• Check-out time: 10 AM
• Government ID is mandatory for all guests
• 50% advance payment required at the time of booking
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and additional charges

✔ Property Rules

• No loud music after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests
• Alcohol consumption allowed only in personal spaces (rooms, private sit-outs)
• Smoking permitted only in designated zones
• Strictly no smoking inside chalets and villa rooms
• Pets are allowed with an additional charge of ₹500 per pet per stay
• Any damages to property or amenities must be paid for by the guest
• Fruit plucking from trees is strictly prohibited
• Swimming pool timing: 7 AM to 7 PM
• Please maintain cleanliness and respect the natural surroundings
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
• Follow eco-friendly practices - minimize waste and conserve resources

✔ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund (minus processing charges)
• Cancellation made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellation made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
• No-show: No refund
• In case of early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• For bookings made during peak seasons or special events, cancellation policy may vary
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis

• We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays
• For group bookings (more than 4 rooms), please contact us directly
• Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice
